Should cardio be done on days you don't lift ?

    Yes. Either jogging or HIIT sprints. Swimming and bicycling are great too.

    This is the best idea really, just make sure you have a couple of rest days every week so your body can recover.

    Yes , cardio is good to do on your days off from lifting weights .

    as long as you're sure the 'lifting' muscles get the day off ...............
