if i miss a week in filing unemployment in the state of nevada but i file next week will i be automatically kicked off and had to refile?

in my nevada handbook for unemployment it says that you you have a break in filing for three or more weeks and your claim is inactive you should advance to the section of this guide book on reactivating a claim.

You don't need to file "each" week". You need to file that claim within 3 weeks.

If you miss your week, your claim becomes inactive.

You can file 3 weeks late and still get paid same as if you filed on time, on the very first day when you had weeks ready for filing.
