Why do so many people perpetuate hate crime hoaxes?

This guy wrote a racist letter and to himself and told the police it was a hate crime.

Yet another example besides Jessie Smollet, Bubba Wallace, Imani Perry, Minati Roychoudhuri, etc.

Why do people make up these fake hate crimes? For the media attention? Do they see the news saying America is racist and wish they were the victim of a hate crime? What's going through their heads?

Look at the publicity they get. Attention far beyond their merit. It is a smart move, sponsors, supporters, status, all these things are lavished upon "victims"

That guy, is an elected offical on the left, I think that is a very important part of the story. Don't forget it.

Supply and demand, the supply of hate crimes is not nearly large enough to fit the demand, the left need for their fake wars.

    Marxist Lenist logic 101.

When hate crimes don't exist make them up!

The Left is simply at war with reality. Unless they can convince people of their lies they cannot move their agenda forward. They need to convince people that they are victims of something and that only they can get the victims justice but they need the POWER to do so. It isn't about truth or justice . It is about them obtaining power and keeping it.

Um, you're aware I hope that many of the people you mentioned did NOT fake any hate crimes at all? For example, Bubba Wallace didn't either discover OR report the noose they found in his garage. It was discovered by a maintenance worker and reported by NASCAR officials. Which raises the question, Tommy, are you ignorant of the facts, or simply being dishonest?
