Does time slow down if you move more slowly and deliberately?

It would really help me out if this could happen sooner so that I could get more stuff done, yeah!

time is man made. but slowly doing things is just making you look lazy and you'll never get any goal done.

Time still continues.  It never stops.  If you move more slowly you may lose time.  If however you are being cautions and deliberate and accurate to what you need to do, then yes this might help SAVE time, but it does not give you more time.

    Time slows for no person.

Your perception of the speed of time passing can change based on your circumstances.   For example, it passes pretty fast when you're asleep.   It passes pretty slow while you're having a root canal.
