What if I can see better without my contacts than I can with them?

Dr says my eyes have to adjust to them lol but everything is blurry

I'm certainly glad that you can laugh about this situation. Most of the time, you should see better almost immediately with soft contacts. It would be possible that contacts to make you see better at distance might make you see worse at near. it is also possible that contacts that make you see better up close might make you see worse far away. If everything is blurrier, I would not expect things to get better.

I hear it's quite natural to need time to adjust to contacts/glasses, especially if this is your first experience with them. I think by a week or two your eyes should adjust, but if your blurry vision persists beyond that, you should contact your doctor about it.
