If transwomen are women, why can’t they menstruate, get pregnant and mother children?

Likewise for transmen fathering children? We keep hearing from the radical left that transwomen are women and transmen are men. Then why can’t they fulfil the same roles of women and men?

that's not completely true.  Uterus and ovarian transplants are expanding fields, and there have been several successful cases of women (both transgender women and previously infertile women) receiving these surgeries and being able to bear children.  Fathering children is more difficult, as there is far less research for transmit compared to any other group.  Many cisgender men and women can't naturally bear children, either. The "roles" of men and women are socially defined, not biologically. I strongly suggest that you do some research and keep your hate to yourself next time, no thank you.

  • There are cis woman who dont menstruate and cant have children... are they not real woman? Bro are you dumb or just know nothing about woman? Lmaoooo

"why can’t they menstruate, get pregnant and mother children"

Why you sound like a terf, with a political agenda.

I know, what do you call a cisgender woman who can’t menstruate, get pregnant and bare children, from birth, illness, or age??????

BTW transgender women do ""mother children"".

One more thing, it is possible for a transgender women to menstruate, get pregnant and bare children, it has been done on a limit basis to cisgender women, there is no medical reason it won't work on transwomen.

Some cis women aren’t able to menstruate or get pregnant. Does that make them men...?

Let me dispell any myths by stating a fact of life that will ultimately answer your question... With regard to the human race only a woman who is fertile and producing eggs can get pregnant from a man who is producing fertile sperm. Normally this wonderful miracle of life will take place during male/female copulation but can on occasion have to rely on medical intervention to lend a helping hand.

Your question asks why "trans women" can't menstruate or get pregnant so this really means, can a man who is pretending to be a woman menstruate or get pregnant and the answer to this is quite clearly NO. I refer you back to the first paragraph of my answer for the detail.

Firstly, I for one want all of that and the explanation is that not enough medical research has been done into it to make it possible due to transphobia.  There needs to be a fair division of labour between the sexes so that cis men can get pregnant and cis women produce semen, just from the viewpoint of socialism.  Secondly, loads of cis women can't get pregnant or menstruate either, and many of them choose not to have children and wouldn't wish to be defined by that capacity.  After the menopause, no woman can without medical assistance.  Also, men can breastfeed.  What do you make of that?

Supporting trans people is not a left wing idea.

Incidentally I have a biological grandchild.

  • There are plenty of people who were born women who cannot menstruate or have children either, such as the thousands of people who have experienced ovarian cancer or had a hysterectomy.

What sex are humans under the age of ten?  How about half of those over the age of fifty?  I think you need to expand your knowledge of biology.  Also, like any other science, the more it is studied, the more that is known about it.  There is a lot more to biology than your grade school text book.
