Why are parents still sending their kids to Daycare despite COVID-19 ?
So.. In Melbourne Australia - we have gone into lockdown again.
Kids 6yrs - 16yrs can t go to school but children aged 8weeks - 5yrs can go to kindergarten and day care.
I understand that for essential workers they need care for their children but WHY are parents still sending their kids to kindergarten and day care when they are at home themselves?
Surely that puts kids and their families and the families of the teachers at risk?

hello. we are in no position to judge. Some have very stressful jobs from 8 to 5 and they cannot spare the time to look after their kids while some have aged parents. Some working parents are financially strapped and have problems.
