How do fighter planes attack fast moving ground targets and shoot down enemy aircraft?

How do military aircraft engage in combat? They even drop bombs on fast moving ground targets and still hit them directly with pinpoint accuracy and fire missiles at enemy aircraft too. This is about modern military aircraft like the F-22 Raptor, the F-35 Lightning, F-16C Fighting Falcon, F-16D Fighting Falcon, F-15C Eagle, F-15D Eagle, F/A-18C Hornet and the F/A-18D Hornet. All of these airplanes that are mentioned here are capable attacking anything on the ground and in the air. But how do their radar systems work? It is also said that they also carry ground attack missiles, too. The ones like the sidewinder missiles, air to air guided missiles, smart bombs, laser-guided bombs and JDAM bombs and including other weapons. How is it possible that these military airplanes are able to guide their weapons directly towards fast moving targets and hit them with great accuracy?

Guns are Harmonised to a set distance and the Gunsight is calibrated to centre on where the Aircraft or Target is expected to be when the Projectiles arrive

In WW2 because of the Inaccuracies, the Pilots of spitfires would put a mark on the windscreen so they can fire ahead of the target later we had a Fixed cross and a moving Graticule to ensure that the Target will be Hit

Lazer Guided Bombs use a designator to attract the Bomb that will attempt to hit the center of the signal

TV guided bombs and Missiles were better

during WW2 the Nazis experimented with wire control

Could it be that such requires the missiles on your plane to take out your target? Goodness, do you have any understanding how such is even possible?

You partially answered your own question when you mentioned guided missiles and laser-guided bombs.

Precision guided munitions use various technologies, like laser guidance, IR guidance, etc, to track targets.  PGMs can adjust themselves to hit the targets.

They use computers interfaced with their radar and other sensors.
