Sensor Toilets not flushing?

My work recently remodeled the restrooms and everything has sensors now. Since the installation we've had nothing but problems. The toilets don't like to flush more than half the time, even when you press the button that was also installed. I've noticed the tanks don't like to fill up after they get flushed.

We've had the plumber who installed everything over countless times because of this problem and it still occurs almost every day.  What could be the problem?

The toilets with flush handles worked for decades and are very easy to fix.  These toilets with sensors are junk.  Call a plumber who deals with these toilets.  The sensors could be bad which is very likely or there is an electrical wiring problem.

suggest you find a plumber who is familiar with this type and brand -- this guy, fairly obviously, hasn't a lot of experience with them.  just detail someone to make a lot of phone calls
