Is there any songs that aren’t copyrighted that I can make lyric videos for and upload to YouTube?

Songs made before January 1, 1923 are perfect to use because they're already in the public domain. Be careful with others that were published after the aforementioned date through January 1, 1978, because the copyright may still be in force in many of them after renewal. You can also write your songs for upload on YouTube, but consider getting copyright protection for them first.

Sure. But most of them came out before the 1920s. So unless you're sitting on a pile of shellac 78s, you're pretty much out of luck.
