If I wear a mask everywhere am I guaranteed not to get the coronavirus?

No, but it can lessen your chances of getting corona virus by up to 75%. The more effective masks are the N-95 masks. But a regular mask should work well too.

you're not guaranteed that you won't cut your throat shaving. If you're looking for a guarantee, you're in the wrong life.

No, you're not. Death and taxes are the only guarantees in life.

Not even close. You would need to wear a hazmat suite with a respirator to be totally protected.

No. Masks reduce the chances of other people being infected by you. People can carry the virus even if they aren't experiencing any symptoms. Distancing and washing your hands frequently will help protect you. There are no guarantees no matter what you do. It's not about "all or none" but rather doing things that reduce your chances (and others' chances) of getting infected.
