Would a lack of sleep have anything to do with my inconsistent work performance?
I work for a carbon fiber/metal fabricating company and that my performance has been inconsistent ever since I started working here. I would go to bed around 11:00PM and wake up around 4:30AM with the assistance of an alarm clock, but most of the time I get around only 4-5 hours of sleep.
Will a effervescent multi-vitamin drink like Berocca help restore concentration?
Also, will an N95 mask with PM2.5 filter reduce the amount of plastic, metal and carbon fibre fumes I would inhale?

Depriving yourself of sleep is part of the problem. Most people need 8 hours. Regarding the mask, I suggest talking to your supervisor about this. If there are dangers in the air, the employer should be fully aware of it.
