My friend keeps getting rejected by the IRS on the W2s over some stupid 6 digit pin?

How how I did not need a pin? I think there's not much time left.

They are saying it came in the mail last year?

How do I file my mail?

I use turbotax usually.

The IRS is not taking calls and I did not see anywhere on the website to request this pin?

Please help thanks!

Update:

*hoe come

Update 2:

It is a special identity theft ID number to verify it is him.  If he can't find it, file a paper return.
