Is dohka really bad for you?
A couple articles I read about smoking dohka say it is worse than smoking cigarettes or anything else, since just one “hit” of it contains more nicotine and tar than your average cigarette. I find this hard to believe, and as I’ve been a “moderate” smoker for over a decade, I don’t want to know that this is the truth. Dohka uses significantly less tobacco than a cigarette, and doesn’t seem like there’s more tar. (It does have more nicotine, which is fine). If anyone has knowledge saying otherwise, it will put my mind at ease.
