Do you think that the ideal frequency to practice sports for a healthy 37-year-old, like me, is 1 hour of walking, five times a day,... ?

...this being my unique sport practiced?

    walking an hour a day is recommended by many/most doctors, so it seems you're doing the right thing, so long as you keep at a good pace.
