    Quite a bit of it. Concert places pay a lot for artists to come and play.

    A huge part that’s where most of the money comes from especially in the digital age where it’s easy to get music for free.

    It depends who you are, if you are a small band, it could be your only income,

    if you are a massive band, you will make money from streaming, downloads and physical CD sales, but if you can pack venues that hold 80,000 people at $60 average a ticket, it is by far your biggest income, even after expenses
