Is there a limit to how the supreme court can interpret the constitution?

What if they all go rogue and start making crazy decisions like declaring cats are people, does that become law?

The Constitution doesn't say at all that the Supreme Court can interpret the Constittuion.

The Justices can be impeached just like any other public official. The only Justice to be impeached was Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1805.

No, but the Supreme Court does not make laws.

Unfortunately yes, they can make new, crazy laws.  Roe v Wade is the worst case example.
