If I give a plant Monster Energy drinks, will it grow better?

We have a plant that only blooms once a year and it always happens the week we go on vacation.  I’ve been dumping the leftovers out of my energy drinks hoping it would speed the process up.  I don’t know what type of plant it is, but I’ve included a picture.

No, it definitely won't help. In fact, it's likely to be outright harmful. Caffeine is known to retard plant growth, and adding sugar to the soil reduces the availability o nitrogen, which will also stunt and slow growth.
