Can I fry my pork chop using self rising corn meal mix? ?

    Why not just fry it in a tiny bit of oil, or if you have a non-stick frying pan, just add salt and pepper and dry fry it.

    The best pork chop recipe.  Put 1/2 cup flour in a dish.  Coat the pork chops in flour then brown in a little oil in a skillet.  Then dump the leftover flour, the pork chops and one can of chicken broth into a crock pot.  Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.  Stir the gravy and serve over the top.

    No, you will need a heat source, pan and some oil. Dusting the chop with the mix will be fine though.
