    if you are talking about the planet then yes, even without using a telescope

    Maybe not. You have to probably have something to help you see because it's pretty far.

    If you in the right location and looking in just the right direction, it can be seen, even without a telescope. But then I'll close my window shades.

    Only by torchlight.

    It can, by people with good eyesight, but it's difficult to distinguish from faint stars and you have to know where you're looking.  It's currently in Aries, near 29 Arietis.
