can you sue someone just for there tv's?
no money involved just want their new tv worth 700.00.

No. Only in Judge Judy's court. TV has its own rules and participants sign special contracts.

In my state you cannot sue for anything other than money in small claims court. You might be able to attempt to sue for the TVs in civil court. Winning the lawsuit would depend on your case and the attorney plus court costs would be far more than the value of the TVs.

What would be the basis of the suit? To file a suit you must show damages. What are your damages?

You can sue for a $ amount, or whatever currency is used in your country. I you win, and they don't pay, you MAY be able to have the TV seized to satisfy the judgement. IN order to sue for the TV, you would have to persuade the court it was your TV and they had taken it unlawfully.
Note: You didn't state grounds to sue at all.

What are you suing them for?
You can't sue someone unless you can prove they caused you damages of some sort. It sounds like you're jealous of someone. Jealousy is not a basis for a lawsuit.
