Should books written in Word stay at the default eight and half by eleven size until the whole book's been edited, before reformatting?

    Reformatting is done way at the end.

    (Shakes head in amazement.)

    You will never be formatting your work to match the size of the printed page. That's not how digital publishing works.

    If you pay for print publishing, 1) you're an idiot, and 2) they format it.

    If you were to be trade published... nah. Not happening.

    That might be the case in America. Anywhere else would default to A4.
