No. In fact, I recommend that you do it more often.

If you let it take over your life, to the point that you masturbate instead of going to school &/or work, then it's an issue. Apart from that, mastubrbation is a healthy activity that helps you release stress and sexual tension....

You can masturbate to any male/female that you want while thinking about them, and you won't catch an STD from it(They are transmitted through actual sexual intercourse, not solo sex).

There are people who don't do it. Some move on to have good, functional lives, while others  are too uptight and think about who they're attracted to even more, to the point that they may develop stalker-ish tendencies. In short, masturbate and be happy!

No. Just make sure that you are using a penis health creme that can provide a key role in penile health and function. Man1 Man Oil is a great one as they have a money back guarantee.

Only when you are at a restaurant or church (unless you are catholic).

It's considered normal,  and everybody does it.  Excessive masturbation can be bad in that one may be devoting too much time and attention to it and substitute it for other things,  such as relationships,  but for males I would consider 1-3 times per day normal.

    Masturbation is not bad.

Even if someone masturbated you it would not be bad.

You could even masturbate me and it still would not be bad.

    In fact, masturbation is good.

    Shared masturbation is usually better.

No.     It's good alone or with willing partners.

Only if you're letting it interfere with your normal daily routines/activities, social interactions and responsibilities.

No- it serves a biological process of a psychological sexual outlet and also serves certain other positive bio-feedback reactions that are similar to physiological reactions to sex, particularly with respect to neurotransmitters.
