What vitamins do you take for energy?

I want more energy and was wondering what vitamins you take

    The B group of vitamins. Some people take a daily multivitamin which contains most if not all vitamins and minerals. A normal healthy diet is better than supplements.

    Exercise actually gives you energy, so that's something to try. 


    Since your body processes nutrients from natural foods better than processed supplements, some energy-giving foods are bananas, fatty fish, brown rice, sweet potatoes, coffee, eggs, apples, water, and more (see source link).     If you do not have a deficiency - none will give you more energy.  Conditioning exercises and plenty of sleep will give you more energy.  Also avoid prolonged stress.
