22 year old hair is turning white?
I noticed this a year back and thought it was a fluke. But tonight I saw multiple white hairs growing intead of my brown. Many of them are super odd, most were normal brown hairs and half way through growing they became colorless and incredibly thin and weak looking. They don't look like my normal hair they look frail. I have no history or premature graying in my family. I am vegitarian and I am anemic, could this be vitamin deficency or should I be concerned.

Your last sentence says it all. It could be vitamin deficiency AND you should be concerned. Get a checkup from your doctor. Normal hair turning grey, weak and frail is a signal something isn't right. On top of your anemia this should be a red flag to you. Maybe not real serious but you can't know until you get it checked.
