Twitter password limit changed to 128 max?

I change my Twitter password every 30 days it's kind of an OCD thing I just tried to update my password & they have now set a 128 limit, my current password is over 1000 letters & numbers (Please don't judge I'm super anxious & just want to be safe). Is it safer to keep my current password or should I update & if I don't update will it force me to lower my password to 128 in the future?!

ocd is diagnosed when it impairs you or takes up a large amount of time.

you need to type 1000 LETTERS EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN???

because not changing your 1000 character password will make you vulnerable.

yep. password generators are available for download at softpedia.

Your passwords get sent through an algorithm that makes it a 256 BIT hash.

That's 32 characters.  128 is plenty of characters.

the rules change, and you must follow them. honestly, 128 is even overkill, as nobkdy can hack a 12 character password, as long as they are random characters, abd not words. it would take like 1000 years.
