how much can I improve my 10 km time in 14 weeks if I am training 4 days a week?

    Sorry, we can't say. The answer will vary from one person to the next, and we don't have enough information about you.

    For example, we don't know how long and how hard you've been training. We don't know anything about your past performance.

    If you are relatively new to running, it is likely you still have improvement to reach your potential. But, if you've been doing your best training for decades, your expected improvement may be tiny, if at all.
