When will American be able to travel internationally again ?

I'm an American and travelling internationally. As long as the destination you are going to allows Americans and you have a plan to self quarantine there and back home if necessary then you can go ahead and travel.

Once a workable vaccine is available and people inoculate themselves is when the international community will open up to the U.S.
Otherwise, the other countries is playing it smart to keep inbound travel from the U.S. restricted.

I say it will be at least until 2022 at the earliest, if Trump wins reelection probably 2026.

Not for quite some time given that many places in the US are still hot spots for the virus.

When we wise up, wear masks, and follow the guidelines so that we reduce the numbers of COVID infections. No one wants us now because we're being stupid.

When they manage their virus situation. At the moment, America's numbers of people infected are growing; no other country wants to import that risk.
