Should Marla Maples be released from her confidentiality agreement?

    Not if she signed a contract and was paid in accordance with the contract.  Of course, no one has ever said she's the brightest bulb in the chandelier.

    I have always read - and I don't know if it's true - that her divorce settlement included a confidentiality agreement.  If she violates she repays the settlement.  AGAIN, I don't know if that is true or another manufactured story.  For a woman who was very visible and very vocal BEFORE and DURING the marriage, she now has nothing to say - probably for good reason.
