That isn't a question, and having a phone number has nothing to do with bans.

No using your Account with a Phone Number does not have any Effect of the Chances of your Account being Deleted

All new accounts have to be associated with a phone number, and many old accounts are (as a way to help people access their account if they ever get locked out. It has ZERO bearing on whether or not a user's YA account may be suspended or their Yahoo account (as a whole) deactivated. Banning doesn't occur here (banning would mean a user could never create another account to return to Yahoo or YA).

If your question is about your Yahoo account in general, not Yahoo Answers specificially, then move it to Yahoo Products>Other-Yahoo Products as it's currently in Yahoo Products>Yahoo Answers and not really applicable to this subcategory (and thus decreases your chances of getting many useful answers).

You can move your question by clicking Edit (pencil icon for mobile)>Edit category just beneath your question, then selecting the category in which it is better suited.

No, but you have to associate an account with a phone now.  Also, it makes it easy if you forget your password to get back in.
