Steamed broccoli, green water? Should I be concerned?
I've been told the green water from steaming 'which is supposedly the healthiest way' is nutrients that have leaked out.
Can I avoid this? Is serious in terms of nutrient loss?

No. Just don't overcook it and make it go too bitter. You can save the green water to help make a vegetable stock.

The green is from the chlorophyll in the vegetables it’s not all the nutrients.
