Would a broken(cpu socket was already desoldered it off) computer motherboard with everything desoldered off be worth anything?

Generally it would have no value.  In fact, it might have negative value, that is, you might have to pay someone to dispose of it properly.

Exceptions exist, of course.  An Apple I has collector's value.  Old HP computer boards had thick gold on the board, several dollars of scrap value each.

Probably not. There is no way to tell, without a complete board test, if it works at all.
