Labor rates are location specific. The amount of labor required depends on the design of the bathroom.

You need to get estimates from a local contractor.

usually, the old one is simply destroyed in place and the pieces thrown into landfill.  then the new one is fitted in.  depending on what else has to be done, job takes about six hours.  so, you're looking at near 1,000 USD in my area just for the labor.  obviously, depends on local plumber's rates, which we don't know as you didn't say where you want this done. The cost of the new unit is on top of this. By the way, the outfits that advertise and send a salesman to you are probably significantly overpriced -- try local plumbers for better deal.  -- Grampa
