What Should Not Include on Your Resume ?

Be sure to leave off long paragraphs without bullets when it comes to your resume, points in your concise overview, generic explanations of duties with little relation to how you added value, and more.

Less is sometimes more. There are just as many things left off when it comes to your curriculum vitae as there are items you should highlight. What are some of the best practices out there to create a concise, non-overshare resume?

    If it's too long, most potential employers won't bother to read it.

    The objective.  Your objective is to get a job.  Everyone knows this already.

    Don't include any hobbies or personal information. Don't include any references until they request them. Don't include your address.
