Because fertility drugs frequently result in multiple births, should there be legal restrictions on how they are used? ?

I have always believed that there should be a required license before being permitted to have children, based upon ability to support them, and demonstrated parenting skills.  And yes, I do agree with you.

So everyone else would be forcibly aborted?

Twins are uncommon with fertility drugs.  Anything more is VERY rare.

IVF is somewhat more likely to result in high order multiples -- which is why there ARE regulations on how many embryos can be returned to the uterus.
