Should doctors who sign do no harm loose their liscense if they do harm such as disagree with ama and apa on transsexual treatment?

It’s peer reviewed and government approved so their breaking the law falsely claim against transsexual treatment. It’s treason by way harming a citizen

There used to be a mayhem defence but I don't think that's used any more.  If a person renders another incapable of defending themselves in combat, they are guilty of the common law offence of mayhem, and since reducing or antagonising androgens does that by making someone physically weaker, a surgeon or doctor can refuse to carry out gender reassignment or to prescribe HRT to a M2F gender incongruent person on those grounds.

It is a medical treatment, and if the person needs or wants it, that is his choice.  However, in many cases, it is irreversible.
