Because your eyes don't grow on stalks. Grow your eyes on your hand; hold your hand in front of your forehead and then you'll be able to see your forehead.

Just be happy that nobody is able to see that ungodly mass of a forehead. Such a sight will haunt my dreams for years!

Because you'd need to have eyes growing on stalks to be able to do that. Doesn't sound too appealing, does it?

You need a mirror to do that.

You can. Just use a mirror or your phone.
