Did President Trump hear, “when the looting starts, the shooting starts” from Kim Jung Un when he was visiting his beloved kingdom?

No. It originated with a racist police chief in Miami in 1967 who meant it as a threat.  As did Trump despite his later statements trying to cover he was advocating violence like he has done so many times before. Para phrasing two that come immediately to mind

Knock the crap out of him. I will pay your legal bills

Why do the cops protect peoples heads when putting them in the car. Be tougher on them.

Endorsing a political candidate who body slammed a reporter.

Trump has sown the wind and we are now all reaping the whirlwind.

I think some governor said that in the 1960s. Trump never has an original thought.

It was a prominently used phrase by Walter E. Headley, Miami's police chief in 1967 in Jim Crowe Florida as he claimed "we don't mind being accused of police brutality" and clamped down on protests against segregationist politicians.

Trump loves brutal dictators and hates politicians who lead through compromise.

No he heard it from intelligent Americans. Unfortunately, liberals are just letting these people do what they want.
