How come the umpires is always a man?

I always only see man-umpires in cricket never a lady-umpire?

Even when the ladies play, seems like they need a penis to supervise and tell them what to do?

Is it a union thing, is it a cultural taboo, why must a penis be needed to say out or not out?

Why cannot a vagina counting to 6 and then say 'over'?

Why cannot a vagina signal a boundary or a wide?

Is this 2020 or 1420?

Update:

always manly men with hairy balls and moustaches

Because women are shorter so they might not be able to see as much.
