best foods to induce hernia growth?

Hello I have started to get a hernia since I helped my father move to gosford carrying a big tv unit made of red cedar. I know red cedar wood is not that heavy, but it was real big and he still had DVDs inside the case.

I want the hernia to get bigger now so I have been trying to find the correct diet. I ate steak 3 times a week and that seemed to help but I can not afford more steak. What other kinds of food increase hernia?

No food increases a hernia, its a defect in the muscle wall that allows something in the abdomen to fall through - like intestine, An inguinal hernia is a bit different but still a defect
