Corrosion resistant and anti corrosive?

Do corrosion resistant and anti corrosive mean the same thing?

    Hard to say.

    "Corrosion resistant" clearly means the thing being described does not corrode easily.

    "Anti corrosive" sounds like something made up by advertisers to sound good but which doesn't really mean anything.  If it is a substitute for "not corrsive" it means the substance being described does not cause corrosion in other things.  If it is a substitute for "resistant to corrosives" it means the same thing as "corrosion resistant" which is the clearer way to say it.
