Is there even a real autopsy report of George Floyd that the officer caused it or another medical condition?

Update:

I still don't believe a leg would suffocate him to death it's complete BS.

There is an autopsy that showed both may have been contributing factors.

You are right.  The autopsy showed that the knee did not kill him.  He had a heart attack.  He was high on cocaine, meth.  Possibly the drugs contributed to the heart attack.  Idiot rioters don't care.  Rioters = Thugs.

Ask a coroner and see what the chances are. It doesn't really matter does it? Wasn't a cop kneeling his neck while he was handcuffed just a bit OTT.

a knee to the neck will not suffocate directly.

it will however stop blood getting to the brain.

blood carries oxygen the brain would know it is not getting enough so a feeling of suffocation would be normal.

either that cop is a murderer or a moron and a murderer.
