My forecast in Central Washington says 90% rain and high of 97 with a yellow bar that says “Slight Risk.” Anyone knows what that means?

It means you have a high chance of having severe thunderstorms.  90% chance of rain with a high of 97 is a perfect mix for severe storms.  That’s a bizarre forecast for Washington state, I had to look it up for Richland Washington.  I honestly never knew it got that hot there but apparently it does but that’s probably why you have that chance of storms because the hot and cold don’t mix well 😮
