Is it legal for a realtor to issue threats over the phone?
I told her I was INTERESTED in a property and now she is calling me day and night. She left a message on my phone saying that if I don't answer the phone, she will "track me down." She says I am putting her commissions in jeopardy.

Let us pretend you are truthful...
You are interested in buying a particular house. The realtor's job is to sell homes. She may have told the homeowners that someone is interested in their house, and they want to begin negotiations. So, of course, as an adult, you are expected to act as one and answer the realtor''s calla to state your intensions.
Because you are not responding, you are clearly NOT interested, sooooo, pull up your big boy pants and say so!

Report this person to the realtor licensing agency in your state. There's a reason realtors have to licensed and this is one of them.

STOP answering her phone calls and record her messages - then, report her to her boss.
