Why are the muscles in my upper body and legs constantly tingling/feeling itchy when trying to sleep?
I do 10 hour shifts of physical work and feel ok but when I'm in bed ready to sleep my muscles feel so funny I can hardly sleep. I've been doing drastic stretching in attempt to relieve the sensation including stretching my arms all the way out like a T shape and even trying to do Chinese splits.
