Why are Russians so good at fighting?
Russians badly defeated Germany in both WW1 and WW2. Russians defeated Germans so badly that Hitler commited suicide. Even in sports, the Russians beat the hell out of their opponents.
If you watch sports like MMA, boxing, Wrestling and Muay Thai, you might have noticed that Russian fighters are very lethal bloody dangerous. American fighters are even afraid of playing against Russians.

Dude, read a book, seriously. The Russians ceded to the Germans in the Treaty of
Brest-Litovsk. The Russian empire (Czars) was abolished.
WW2 was fought by the Soviet Union, not just the Russians. And without massive logistical support from the United States, the Red Army would have never crossed the Oder River. If the Americans had not entered the war, the Soviets would have been crushed.

You're obviously Russian, and obviously not that informed about history.

Russia never used superior tactics, weapons or had better solders then the Germans during WWII. They used superior numbers. The German dead on the eastern front was about 5 million, the Russian losses were double that.
Now I have to note that Russia did use artillery better.

Russia was the *only* country the central powers beat in WW1. Russia, or rather the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, signed the treaty of Brest-Litovsk in December 1917, and left the war.
