which is more "Federal" ...the "Federal Reserve Bank" or the "United States Post Office" why? who compared?

    The Post Office. ... The Federal Reserve Bank is a semi-independent body chartered by the Congress and creates and follows policies somewhat independently of the Federal administration and Congress; while the Post Office is a direct govermental agency funded by Congress and under the authority of the Executive.
