    I would like to go to Ireland but the only thing putting me off is the two week quarantine which my job will not allow, I need to be able to come and leave as I please.

    You are unlikely to find a warm welcome from the Irish in 2020, but you will again when the danger is passed.

    No it is not open and yes they are banning travel, not just discouraging, people who have holiday homes in ROI can't even use them
