No. To fill 15 letters, nnnooo. Polyurethane is not leather, it's plastic made to look like leather. Plastic based garment materials must be colored in the liquid resin stage and can't be dyed after the resin hardens and cures on the fabric backing.
Real leather can be dyed. Start with a white, cream or very light tan and use leather dyes from leather supply shops. It's a lot different than dyeing fabric but it can be done.
