How can I find out how to diagnose and solve a static noise coming from a JBL Clip 3 bluetooth speaker?

    The problem is likely to be caused by

    either a bad connection or a bad IC in the speaker.

    If the noise happens when you use the 3,5 mm input,

    the audio circuitry is at fault;

    if not, then it's in the Bluetooth portion.

    Either way, such devices are terribly difficult to repair,

    and in some cases they can't be repaired.

    Have a qualified technician look it over.

    There is a board in the speaker that allows it to connect via broadcast NFC. (near field communication) This board causes issues with whole unit. They are VERY hard to disassemble and repair.
